MGM Partnership has extensive experience in negotiating Part V agreements, on behalf of the Client, with local authorities.

We prepare an in-depth submission document, in an agreed format, to the relevant Local Authority. This may involve the proposed transfer of units, a financial contribution or a combination of both to the Local Authority.

Further to this we negotiate with the Local Authority as to the agreed proposal which is agreeable to both parties. We have successfully carried out Part V negotiations with many Local Authorities on numerous projects to date.
