Client: Dalata Hotel Group PLC.

Project:  Rooftop Hotel extension including 141 bedrooms, Italian restaurant and new staff facilities near Dublin Airport. 

Description:

Procured under the RIAI amended (blue form) this complex project was delivered on time and on budget, phase 1 opening August 2017, phase 2 opening December 2017 with final phase completed in June 2018. 

Services: MGM Partnership were engaged as Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers for the project.
