Boherclough Street, Cashel, Co. Tipperary is one of the many housing projects MGM Partnership have been involved in as Project Quantity Surveyor from original estimate stage to completion.

The project consisted of the construction of 9 social housing units, together with the demolition of existing units, general site clearance and associated siteworks. As you can see on the before and after pictures this has made such an improvement visually to a prominent junction

The project was tendered on the basis of the Public Works contracts for Tipperary County Council.
