Client: Joinery Apartments Ltd.

Project:  78 no. apartments & retail on Ground Floor.


Consisting of the demolition of existing industrial unit and the construction of 78 no. apartments (five no. studies, 58 number one- bed and 15 number two-bed). The development will include two no. commercial/retail units, a tv room, a games room, a refuse store, a concierge and management office and a communal lounge opening onto a landscaped garden at ground floor level. The development will provide car parking spaces at ground and basement level while also providing bicycle parking spaces. The development also included the construction of a pedestrian bridge to adjacent Clonkeen Park.
