Description:

The development site is on a site of c 3.2ha. The site is located Northwest of Hotel Kilkenny and bordered by Whitebridge to the East and South, the Circular Road to the North, the Circular Road roundabout to the Northwest, and the extension of the College Avenue Road (from the Callan Road roundabout) to the South & West with vehicular access to site will be from College Avenue. The initial appointment related to a development/phase of 22 units and then another 11nr additional units as part of Phase 1B. This has now (March 2023) been extended to consist of the construction of a total of 50 no. residential units as part of the Phase 1, Phase 1A and 2. However, the facility has been adjusted to reflect the closing and dale of 12no units from Phase 1.
