Project:  Wexford County Council Borough Office, Bullring, Wexford

Description:

This project consisted of the refurbishment of an existing Permanent TSB facility comprising Ground Floor public Branch and offices and 1st floor Offices. Both floors were converted into offices for Wexford County Council and included extensive work to the external envelope and roof to improve the buildings thermal performance and efficiency. The building was on a very busy main thoroughfare and had neighbouring tenant properties on both sides.
