21 no Apartments in Clondalkin, Dublin  – Works, based on Monastery Road , Clondalkin Dublin 22 included the demolition of a former filling station and vacant retail units, construction of a flat roofed four storey contemporary-style apartment building comprising of 21 apartments.


As Quantity Surveyor for the project MGM Partnership were responsible for a complete range of services including chairing and recording project meetings, reporting to the Employer, assessing and recommending payment applications, managing risk,  ensuring statutory compliance was being obtained and management of the funding process for the developer, including all initial information collation and submission, preparing drawdowns and liaison with the funders monitor on behalf of Chimway Developments.

Due to the Global Pandemic Covid 19, MGM Partnership were involved to oversee and review any additional cost implications that may have arisen during this period. Any additional cost would have been reviewed and reported to the Employer.

 As a firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, we feel we provided considerable value to the QS role by bringing a professional structure to a growing development company, essentially fulfilling their entire cost management duties


MGM Partnership was retained as the development Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Project Manager for our clients Chimway Development on this contract.
