Project:  Development of 2 No. Luxury Houses 5 bedroom houses, 3 storey, semi detached at approximately 3,000 sqft each at 37a Highfield Road, Rathgar D6


MGM Partnership were responsible for a complete range of services including chairing and recording project meetings, reporting to the Employer, contract administration duties such as preparing the contract documents, arranging for execution of consultant formal appointment documents and collateral warranties in favour of the Employer, Employers Funders. 

As a firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, we feel we provided considerable value to the QS role by bringing a professional structure to a growing development company, essentially fulfilling their entire cost management duties on a substantial portfolio of projects. 

As we are engaged on several developments with Seabren, we tailor our reporting structure to suit the needs of the Directors as the projects and company evolves as we feel it is crucial to maximise efficiencies where possible, after meeting to report on several appointments at once or scheduling site meetings to have 2-3 site meetings in one day. Our live project control documents form the foundations of our reporting structure providing at any time an instant snapshot on the status of cashflow, risk, utilities, and statutory items for example.
