Description:
MGM Partnership provided a full scope of Quantity Surveying Services to the developer, from initial feasibility studies, cost planning, tender, contract award, construction and final account services. The construction stage for this project was June 2019 – March 2020. The project comprised the demolition of existing commercial units on a back land site, for the infill development of 12 number 3 bed dwelling units, associated external works and site development works. The project was completed on time and on budget. MGM Partnership, in their dual appointment of QS & PM, was also involved in the disposal of the completed units to Oaklee Housing, a social housing provider. |
