MGM Partnership provided the Quantity Surveying and Project Management Services for the construction of 33 additional bedrooms on a rooftop extension Full Quantity Surveying Services from project inception through to completion, including preparing estimates, tender documents (including Bill of quantities), costs during construction and agreeing final account. The project involved significant fire safety remedial works to the existing building, to compartment walls, risers and internal fabric generally.  All works had to be coordinated with the hotels management team to minimise disruption to operations and guests.  In addition, the  facility was a live environment and had site constraints for the site compound and cranage issues due to oversailing of adjoining properties. Phase 1 was completed in August 2018.
