Pre and Post contract Services on an infill development of 20 no. Houses with associated demolition and siteworks in Ranelagh, Dublin 6.
Description:
The project comprises the demolition of an existing warehouse structure and associated siteworks, decommissioning of existing services, and disposal of asbestos materials, to facilitate the construction of 20 new residential dwelling units. The site area is C.50 hectares and contains 20 number residential units consisting of 11 number three storey four bedroom houses, and 9 number 2.5 storey three bedroom houses. Siteworks included provision of lawned gardens, detailed landscaping, new carriageway, site drainage and utility connections. MGM Partnership provided a full scope of QS Services from inception stage through to construction stage, including assessing development feasibility (no. of units to be achieved/configuration on the site), commercial engineering of the scheme design, cost planning and reporting, tender and contract action, and construction stage services. |
