This very challenging project comprised the vertical extension of an existing city centre shell and core building, conversion of existing double basement from grade 1 to grade 3 condition, and retention and refurbishment of two protected facades to provide a 7-storey hotel of 163 bedrooms, front of house bar and restaurant, lower ground business centre and separate shell and core restaurant space for a future Italian Restaurant. |
